And a very late update
My apologies for not keeping up with the Substack blog. Real life and numerous other commitments tend to get in the way. So, we’ll move right on to business!
At the end of Summer I released a complete trilogy. I didn’t release it until it was finished. Outlandish, you might say, for an author to release a series with a beginning AND an end! How dare I go against the trend set by guys who don’t plan on finishing their doorstopper stories after 10+ years of spitting in the face of their fans!
Ahem.
I love that people actually enjoy my goofy adventure stories. So far, Dinosaur Warfare seems to be very well-loved. And so, I am humbled.

Speaking of which…
Raven Mistcreek 3: Archangel is off to the editor and will see the light of day in the next couple months. After the relatively tame Dusklight, I tried to crank up the craziness with this one.
I also have some new projects brewing for all ages. Several different universes that I hope will have the feel of 80s-90s Saturday morning cartoons. First and foremost will be the adventures of Dargan, a wandering barbarian who fights evil with his muscles and magic sword. He teams up with various friends to fight evil robots, spider-wizards, snake-men, and other evil creatures. Book (episode) 1: The Staff of Evil is almost through edits. Then it’s on to artwork.
